The goal of Restore & Rebuild is to:
Reconnect core muscles - pelvic floor and deep abdominal muscles (transversus abdominis)
Help rehabilitate abdominal separation
Improve trunk & pelvic stability
Improve posture
Increase spinal and joint mobility
Increase your confidence to move your body again
A safe return to exercise should be guided by how well your body tolerates each stage of the 6 week program - focusing on control, symptom awareness and progressive conditioning rather than rushing back to pre-pregnancy routines.
